Questions, Comments, Custom Orders?

While we do our absolute best to ensure every order is picked & packed with the utmost care, accidents do happen! We are happy to provide any order support when necessary.
All order issues must be reported with 5 days. After 5 days, the order will be regarded as accepted.
If an item arrives broken, we are happy to send out a replacement right away, if available. All we ask is that you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, listing the order number, what item(s) was/were broken, and a photo showing the damage to enable us to file a claim. The replacement shipping is on us for the inconvenience. If the items(s) are out of stock- we will issue store credit!
If you receive your order and something is missing, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and what is missing! We will any missing items immediately with the shipping on us!
Returns & Exchanges:
While we do not accept returns, if something is wrong, damaged or incorrect with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it right on a case by case basis.
Any other order issues:
If you have any other issues or questions about your order, please send us an email email@example.com with your name, order number and issue/question about the order! Someone will be in touch within 48 hours.
If your order is marked as delivered & you do not have it, please contact the postal service or carrier that was responsible for delivery with the tracking id. Once it is shows delivered, there is little we can do. However, you are welcome to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and situation and we can see anything different on our end!
