Store Policies

While we do our absolute best to ensure every order is picked & packed with the utmost care, accidents do happen! We are happy to provide any order support when necessary.

Order Issues
All order issues must be reported with 5 days. After 5 days, the order will be regarded as accepted.

Broken Items

If an item arrives broken, we are happy to send out a replacement right away, if available. All we ask is that you send us an email at, listing the order number, what item(s) was/were broken, and a photo showing the damage to enable us to file a claim. The replacement shipping is on us for the inconvenience. If the items(s) are out of stock- we will issue store credit!


Missing Items

If you receive your order and something is missing, please contact us at with your order number and what is missing! We will any missing items immediately with the shipping on us!

Returns & Exchanges:

While we do not accept returns on home goods, candles, etc. (the exceptions & instructions are listed below), if something  is wrong, damaged or incorrect with your order, please contact us at and we will do our best to make it right on a case by case basis.

For clothing, jewelry (with sizing like rings), & shoes: 

Within the first 7 days after your order has been delivered, if your item does not fit, you can choose to return it for a store credit of the purchase price. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping and the credit will be issued when the returned item is received. It must be in the condition it arrived in (unworn, tags attached, etc.). To submit/start a return, send an email to with the order number and we will respond with return shipping address details. Please note, this is only applicable to things with sizing. 

Any other order issues:
If you have any other issues or questions about your order, please send us an email with your name, order number and issue/question about the order! Someone will be in touch within 48 hours.

Order Deliveries:

If your order is marked as delivered & you do not have it, please contact the postal service or carrier that was responsible for delivery with the tracking id. Once it is shows delivered, there is little we can do. However, you are welcome to  email with the order number and situation and we can see anything different on our end!
