1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Crushed Oreos
White Chocolate
Valentines M & Ms

In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and the butter until light and fluffy. Add in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until fully incorporated. Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and baking powder, mixing on a low speed until just combined. Add in crushed Oreos, white chocolate and M and Ms using a wooden spook. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

1/4 cup of sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup of flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup of chocolate chunks
1 cup of crushed or chopped toffee bars (like Heath)

Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the butter smells nutty and turns a caramel color. It takes about 7-10 minutes typically. Let the butter cool for about 5 minutes before adding it to a mixing bowl. Stir together the sugars and butter until combined. Add in the vanilla and the egg + yolk, stirring until combined. Add in the flour and baking soda, stirring until the flour is not visible. Finally, add in the chocolate chunks and toffee pieces, reserving a few to add to the tops of the cookies. Let the dough chill for 1 hour in the fridge. Remove from the fridge and let it sit out for 15 minutes to slightly soften and then scoop the dough into 1.5 inch balls. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.

Your favorite holiday drinks 🤝 Christmas fudge. This fudge is a must make for holiday cookie boxes! And it's SO EASY! ☕🍫✨

Milk Chocolate Layer:
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 and 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons marshmallow creme
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Espresso Layer:
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp instant espresso granules
1 tsp hot water
1 and 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons marshmallow creme
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For topping: Milk Chocolate, Crushed Peppermint & Chocolate covered espresso beans

Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. For the chocolate layer, combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and marshmallow crème in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Stir consistently until chocolate chips have fully melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add in the peppermint extract. Pour the layer in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.

For the espresso layer, place the espresso granules in the teaspoon of hot water and stir until they fully dissolve. Combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and marshmallow crème in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Stir consistently until chocolate chips have fully melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add in the espresso and the vanilla extract. Pour the layer over the cooled milk chocolate layer.

Once it cools fully, drizzle with melted milk chocolate, crushed peppermint and top with a chocolate covered espresso bean (if desired!).

A yummy treat that is the perfect breakfast or brunch dish all year round! This has been a go-to for years in our household for ALL brunches and holidays!

1 13-oz package already baked croissants, ripped into large bite sized pieces
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups half and half
1 ½ cup of mini chocolate chips

In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, place your croissant pieces evenly. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Add in the half and half slowly. Pour mixture over the croissants and top with the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate over night. The next morning, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

RECIPE:
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 box (3.4 oz) white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 bag Hershey's candy cane kisses

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter & sugars until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla and peppermint extract. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Then add in the white chocolate chips, mix just until incorporated.

Scoop cookies in about 2 inch balls. Flatten & insert a candy kiss in the middle of each cookie folding the sides of the dough up to the kiss is not exposed. Place the dough balls on a plate and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes before baking.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

For the Drizzle, melt 1 cup of unwrapped candy cane kisses + 1 teaspoon canola or vegetable oil, in 30 second intervals stirring every 30 seconds. Drizzle this over the cooled cookies (after they've been cooling for about 30 minutes) & let the chocolate harden!

It's a Christmas Staple in our household! My secret is to leave off peppermint extract from the milk chocolate layer! No matter what variation I make I only include peppermint extract in the white chocolate and it always ends up perfect! The peppermint flavor ends up more of a whisper! And this fudge might be the best Peppermint bark treat I've ever made!

Recipe:
Milk Chocolate Layer:

1 and 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons marshmallow creme
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

White Chocolate Layer:

½ teaspoon peppermint extract

RECIPE:
Pretzels (about 8 oz)
1 cup salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips or extra toffee pieces like Heath (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring continuously until it gently boils. Add in the vanilla extract and continue to stir, allowing it to boil for one minute. Spread your pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle the toffee mixture over the pretzels, coating them evenly. Place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they are bubbly.

If you are adding chocolate chips or heath, do it while they are warm so the chocolate gets melty. And let them cool.

Forever dreaming of chocolate Santas + candy cane everything! 🍫✨🎅

Marshmallows + chocolate fudge = the best cocoa ever! 🍫

RECIPE:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups milk chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips, separated!

Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and marshmallow crème in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until chocolate chips have fully melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Once vanilla is fully incorporated, add in about 1/2 cup to marshmallows and stir quickly so they don't melt. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Immediately top with mini marshmallows. In the microwave, melt the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and drizzle over the marshmallows! Let fully cool before cutting into squares. NOTE: If you put it in the refrigerator to cool for several hours or overnight, the marshmallows will cut cleaner & easier!

Making Nutty Pumpkin Lattes ☕🍂

Start with your favorite coffee, brewed and cooled. Add in a few pumpkin of hazelnut syrup (as desired) and stirred well. Pour over ice. In a separate glass, add in heavy whipping cream with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Froth it together until thick and pour the iced coffee! Top with a pumpkin marshmallow and a fun straw to serve!

1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Reeses Pieces
1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and the butter until light and fluffy. Add in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until fully incorporated. Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and baking powder, mixing on a low speed until just combined. Add in the Reese's Pieces and white chocolate. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. When the cookies are done, and still warm, press in a few extra white chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces if desired, and let them fully cool on the pan!

My recipe for the perfect cheeseboard:
- two "statement" cheeses (I used a cranberry cover goat cheese and a Brie wedge, I liked the different shapes!)
- two meats (I used mozzarella + salami pinwheel and prosciutto)
- cheese cubes
- fresh fruit
- chocolate covered nuts
- some sort of jam or spread
- two types of crackers (I used breadsticks and mini brioche toasts)
