Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies = the perfect pre-fall treat to ease into cozy season.. 🍂🍫

RECIPE BELOW:
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 large egg
1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour (or 1 to 1 gluten free! That's what we used and you couldn't tell at all!)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
10 ounces mini butterfingers

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add the peanut butter. Once incorporated, add in the egg and vanilla. Finally add in the flour and baking soda. Mix until just incorporated! Last, mix in the Butterfingers in the mixer under they are your desired size (if you like them smaller, chop before you add them in. We like them in bigger pieces so we pop them in the mixer). Chill dough for 90 minutes!

Scoop the dough onto parchment lined baking sheets, topped with extra Butterfingers if you want! Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes, until just set! 🍫🍪🍂

Mix until just incorporated! Take half of your Oreos and crush them finely, mix them in by hand. Chill dough for 90 minutes in the fridge or 30 minutes in the freezer!

A household favorite cookie with an American spin 🍫🧨

Recipe:
¼ cup butter room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup red, white + blue M & M’s

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars until smooth, about 3-4 minutes. Add in the eggs, vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda until smooth. Next stir in the oats, chocolate chips and M & M’s until combined.

Scoop 1 inch dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes!

1 package instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour
Red, white and blue M & M's
Red, white and blue sprinkles

In an electric mixer, mix together butter and sugar until smooth. Next add in the pudding mix until it's fully incorporated. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in the dry ingredients. With a wooden spoon fold in the M & M's and sprinkles. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls roll in the sprinkles and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.

Melt a bag of white chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil and pour over the mix. Stir until coated. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and top with a few extra M & M's and sprinkles. Let cool fully and break apart.

1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups half and half
Fresh Strawberries- halved
Fresh Blueberries
Powdered Sugar for topping

In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, place your croissant pieces evenly. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Add in the half and half slowly. Pour mixture over the croissants and top with the fresh berries. Cover and refrigerate over night. The next morning, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Melt the butter on medium, stirring occasionally until it is a light brown with a nutty aroma. Turn down the heat to low. Add in the marshmallows, mixing until melted. Remove from heat and add in the Crispy Rice, pretzels and strawberries. Put mixture into an 8 x 8 greased pan and let cool! If desired, while they are warm press in a few freeze dried strawberries and pretzel pieces.

1 1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of browned butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of mashed ripe bananas (about 3 small bananas or 2 large)
2 tsp of sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

For the brown butter, brown the butter in a sauce pan until its golden and giving a slight nutty aroma. (It takes about 7 minutes usually.)

Mix the butter, sugars, vanilla, banana and sour cream together until just combined. Sir in the dry ingredients and mix until everything is full incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Chill the dough for 1 hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 375, scoop cookies onto a prepared baking sheet, top each cookie with a few extra chocolate chips and bake for 12 - 14 minutes!
