Soaking in Every Second of Summer.

Living in Michigan, each season comes with perks. Summer on the Great Lakes is hard to beat! While I think I love Fall most of all, Emerson loves the Summer and living right next to the beach we try to soak in as much as we can!

F L A V O R O F S U M M E R:

One of my favorite parts of summer is the flavors! When we were little, grandma always had fresh lemonade in the fridge…okay it was the Country Time Pink Lemonade powder turned lemonade but her pitcher was always found full in the same spot in her fridge!

Just as I always have a fresh baked good ready for guests, expected and unexpected, I love to have a fresh pitcher of lemonade during the summer months! But this year I’ve been playing with dressing up regular lemonade & taking it to the next level! I found 4 recipes that are so easy to do and make ahead to have on hand! I played with Sparkling Lemonade and Regular Lemonade in the recipes, but they are completely interchangeable to your taste with all 4 recipes! The Sparling lemonade is fun for immediate serving – but the regular keeps better and longer if you’re making it ahead of time or to have on hand!

T H E T U R N O U T:

ALL four of these variations were so refreshing & yummy!! My favorite ended up being the Coconut Lemonade with Watermelon being a close second, while Emerson also loved the Coconut Lemonade, he loved the Blackberry too! But truly- they are all so summery and delicious! I served them with the new Rose Truck Drink Stirrers or the Flamingo Floaty Stirrers & a fresh lemon or fruit garnish so they look as good as they taste!! And the pitcher and glasses looks so cute on our woven round tray! So fun for summer entertaining!
