Coffee Cake Cookies.

Every Fall I restart a classic show like Gilmore Girls or Gossip Girl. The show always gives me a feeling of coziness & all the fall feels. Both set in New England, the cozy & chic fall outfits (okay, this is more Gossip Girl & maybe Emily Gilmore, sorry Lorelai but what is with the cat sweaters?), start each season in the Fall & everyone always seems to have a cup of coffee! We made a yummy Fall treat that embodies all of this goodness in cookie form….a Coffee Cake Cookie! And they also make the perfect snack while re-watching your favorite comfort show!
